Conner, Montana is gateway to the West Fork of the Bitterroot River. Similar to Sula, Montana, Conner is not a town at all but simply a Post Office serving rural patrons.

The West Fork is remote country. When you want to “get away from it all”, this is your place!

Visitors can camp at Painted Rocks State Park or stay at several Bitterroot Valley ranches, lodges and bed & breakfasts that operate in this region.

There are several recommended trails in this region, including: Nez Perce Trail, Blue Joint Creek Trail and Horse Creek Hot Springs Loop.
